The Analyst Programmer (Special Projects) role assists in implementing and integrating higher education systems, requiring a strong knowledge of system design, development, and testing.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
- At least 2- 3 years of work experience with a focus on software development and system integration
- Proven knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies in Student Information, eLearning, Research Output, and/or Hostel Management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex system issues
- Strong hands-on solid proven experience in development languages/tools such as PHP, Java, PowerBuilder, SQL, MS Power Platform, and ETL tool
- Knowledge in ServiceNow, Salesforce is a plus
- Solid written and verbal communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences, and strong commitment-to-task
