The Asset Coordinator monitors the end-user hardware lifecycle management for laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories world-wide. Key job activities include bulk hardware procurement, order management, operational supplier communications, inbound/outbound logistics, hardware receipt, inventory management, data accuracy, asset reconciliation reports and audits, optimization, inter-company hardware moves, RMA returns, and disposals.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Business, Computer Technology/IT, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in the technology space
- Experience in purchasing, logistics planning and inventory management
- Asset Lifecycle Management or logistics background
- Finance/accounting experience with understanding of accounting categorization
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to complete work independently and contribute to teamwork efforts
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, Ariba, Jira, Wiki, Salesforce, Intune/Jamf
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
