Apply current infrastructure expertise in supporting video teleconferencing (VTC) and collaborative Audiovisual (AV) efforts using Microsoft Teams. Provide customer support for highly visible VTC and AV operations and troubleshooting efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting AV and VTC solutions through maintenance, design, installation, configuration, or systems management
- Experience troubleshooting AV systems
- Knowledge of AV systems integration with MS Teams
- Knowledge of Extron or Cisco control systems or switch programming
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Security+ Certification
- Experience with AMX, Polycom, and Creston AV configuration and programming
- Experience using ServiceNow and program management tools, such as MS Project and Jira
- Ability to work independently to complete assignments and projects effectively in a timely manner
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
