Our Central and Eastern Europe Human Capital Systems team at PwC specializes in HR information systems and technology, serving internal HR clients. We provide tailored HR solutions by supporting, enhancing, and launching systems to boost productivity and workforce engagement.
Requirements
- Supporting the HR teams and troubleshoot issues as they arise via ServiceNow
- Acting as SME for respective areas of HR information systems & processes
- Working with our global service teams to test & implement system changes
- Being responsible for system security & governance
- Carrying out bulk data processing & imports to Workday (EIBs)
- Coordinating small-medium projects to implement new HR processes, system releases or enhancements
- Maintaining integrity of systems and data quality through regular systems reconciliations and data health checks
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Workday/other) with the focus on absence/time off, compensation and HCM modules (employee attendance, leave balances, compensation review process, HCM processes)
- Experience in Employee Lifecycle administration (Hire, Onboarding, Job Change, Compensation Review, Termination process) - previous role of local HR Operations administrator is a strong advantage
- Very good command of English
- MS Excel & data management skills
