Ness Digital Engineering is looking for a ServiceNow Practice Lead to build and scale a high-performing ServiceNow consulting practice. The ideal candidate will be a certified ServiceNow expert with deep technical and leadership experience, capable of driving large-scale transformations and establishing best practices for enterprise clients.
Requirements
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ITIL v4 Foundation
- Experience: 15+ years in IT Service Management, with 7+ years as a ServiceNow Architect
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, and IT Business Management
- Extensive experience in process optimization and automation within ServiceNow ecosystems
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS) and low-code automation
- Experience in UI policies, client scripts, business rules, workflows, flows, notification systems
- Deep experience integrating ServiceNow with Atlassian Jira, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and other third-party tools via REST, SOAP, and MID Server
- Proven ability to design and execute large-scale Change, Release, and Asset Management solutions
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to present technical solutions to business leaders and C-level executives
- Passion for mentoring and building high-performance teams
