CMDB & Change Management Specialist responsible for overseeing CMDB and Change Management processes to ensure IT infrastructure data accuracy and minimize risk during IT changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience leading change management
- 5+ years IT service management
- 5+ years CMDB administration
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow Change Management and CMDB module
- Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure and operations
- Familiarity with IT risk and controls management/governance
