As a Customer Success Manager, you will provide first- and second-line support to customers, manage the customer journey, and work on automation testing responsibilities. You will have a 50/50 split of customer success and automation testing responsibilities.
Requirements

- Technical knowledge to provide second-line support
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium
- Strong knowledge of programming languages: Python, PHP Java, JavaScript, or C#
- Experience with API testing using Postman or RestAssured
- Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira or ServiceNow
