Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-5 years of IT support experience (Desktop Support Engineer II) or 5+ years (Desktop Support Engineer III)
- A+ Certification
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and enterprise IT tools
