Lonza is seeking a Digital HR Time Management Specialist to support the global time management strategy, working closely with IT, HR, and the business to implement time management processes and change management strategies.
Requirements
- Technical understanding of digital time & attendance applications and integration points.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-workload environment and balance multiple projects and objectives.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Confirmed logic and decision-making abilities, critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Case Management Tool and high-level proficiency with Office 365 suite.
