The Director, Learning Business Partners – APJ Sales Enablement is responsible for creating and implementing data-driven learning strategies to boost sales performance. They will work closely with sales leadership to identify priorities, address performance gaps, and deliver impactful learning solutions aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years in sales enablement or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments with knowledge of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Executive Presence: Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders to drive business impact.
