We are seeking a Director of Workplace Services to lead our operations in the Bay Area and shape the workplace experience for our employees. The role requires strategic leadership, client relationship management, and budgeting management. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience in facilities management and project management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 9 years experience in the strategic and operational aspects of facilities management, project management and workplace services in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Be a season and experienced leader in the strategic and operational aspects of facilities management and workplace services in a high-growth and dynamic environment.
  • Have an evolving knowledge of commercial and corporate real estate and facilities management.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Be a proven creative thinker with a problem-solving approach.
  • Have an excellent track record of establishing relationships, influencing and negotiating competing priorities among business partners and key stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communications to cross functional stakeholders and executives.
  • Have an excellent grasp of business-oriented financial concepts, financial analysis, budget formulation, and business case development.
  • Bachelor's degree: Facility Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certifications: Hold one or more relevant industry designations – MCRw, MCR, CFM, PMP, IWFM, IFMA, etc.
