The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a professional services organization, industry domain expertise, and ServiceNow certifications. This is a full-time remote role.
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- Industry domain expertise in
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
- Creativity with comfort running projects independently
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Experience working collaboratively
- Ability to travel up to 50%
