Enterprise Systems Engineer I

The Trade Desk is changing the way global brands advertise to audiences around the world. We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Engineer to join our team and help drive the evolution of our enterprise applications.

Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent years of experience in related field
• 4+ years of related experience in enterprise systems engineering or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of business process design, automation, and workflow optimization
• Experience with API integrations, scripting, and automation tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL processes, and enterprise governance frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of SQL, database management, and data modeling
• Prior experience managing enterprise system migrations or major implementations
