We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated IT Service/Operations Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the operations and support teams, ensuring the operational integrity of our technologies and services.

Requirements

  • University degree in an IT-related field
  • ITIL Foundation Certification or higher
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • At least 8 years of experience in a professional environment offering Service / Operations management
  • Experience with IT-Projects based on Agile procedure
  • Experience with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments in an agile framework
  • Experience in the use of ITIL-compliant ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Samanage, or equivalent
