ALTEN DELIVERY CENTER MAROC, a subsidiary of the global leader in engineering and technology consulting, is looking for an Experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will have the mission to ensure corrective and evolving maintenance of the entire ServiceNow environment, and work in tandem with the Application Manager to extend the environment to other usage cases within the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree with a specialization in computer science
3 to 7 years of experience in technical roles
Experience in the retail or distribution sector would be an asset
ServiceNow expertise, certification desired
Deep knowledge and ability to develop in the platform (Flow Designer, JavaScript, etc.)
Management of flows on NIFI / JS formats
JIRA activity tracking
Mastering Agile concepts (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog, etc.)
