We are looking for an Expert (Customer Loyalty Member VII) with at least 4 years of experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably with HC data management processes, and experience in HR technology & processes with strong focus on data management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of statutory legislation.

Requirements

  • at least 4 years of working in a Shared Services environment
  • preferably with HC data management processes (maintenance of the employee's life cycle)
  • very good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
  • experience in HR technology & processes with strong focus on data management (Workday, Teta, other HR systems)
  • experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners
  • experience in monitoring & supporting the less experienced staff members
  • experience in planning & coordinating the team activities based on the workflow
  • 2-3 years of experience in processing Polish payroll (other European payrolls would be advantageous)
  • Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
  • Up to date knowledge of statutory legislation (payroll, working time, absence)
  • experience in transition activities: preparation / review of the documentation, process & tools setup
  • experience in building structures and driving the execution
  • excellent communication skills, readiness to learn and collaborate
  • strong people & client orientation
  • accurate, structured and strong attention to detail
  • ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of german lagal rules & regulations: labor law/ employment
