We are looking for an Expert (Customer Loyalty Member VII) with at least 4 years of experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably with HC data management processes, and experience in HR technology & processes with strong focus on data management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of statutory legislation.
Requirements
- at least 4 years of working in a Shared Services environment
- preferably with HC data management processes (maintenance of the employee's life cycle)
- very good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
- experience in HR technology & processes with strong focus on data management (Workday, Teta, other HR systems)
- experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners
- experience in monitoring & supporting the less experienced staff members
- experience in planning & coordinating the team activities based on the workflow
- 2-3 years of experience in processing Polish payroll (other European payrolls would be advantageous)
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Up to date knowledge of statutory legislation (payroll, working time, absence)
- experience in transition activities: preparation / review of the documentation, process & tools setup
- experience in building structures and driving the execution

- Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent)
