VusionGroup is a retail tech company in strong growth, looking for a Helpdesk Support Manager to develop their future and lead the support activity and teams. The role involves managing equipment and IT material, participating in the maintenance and evolution of the ITSM system, and guaranteeing the general conditions of production and service.

Requirements

  • Holder of a degree in computer science
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar post or as a third maintenance application manager
  • Good relational ease and sense of service
  • English: mastered in writing and speaking
  • Knowledge of ticketing/itsm tool (ServiceNow)
  • Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise as well as MacOS
  • Android and iOS
  • Office 365 (Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Office Suite)
  • Azure Active Directory (minimum level 1)
  • Microsoft End Point Management (Intune / Autopilot)

Requirements Summary
