HR Services Specialist with Dutch

We are looking for an HR Services Specialist with Dutch language skills to work in a Shared Services environment. The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in HR processes or customer service, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in an international environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of working experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably with HR processes or Customer Service
• Very good English + Dutch (B2+/C1), both speaking and writing
• Experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners
• Excellent communication skills, readiness to learn and collaborate
• Strong people & client orientation
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in the process
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
