We are looking for an HR Services Specialist with French to work in an international and multicultural environment, handling HR-related queries, administrative tasks, and maintaining employee data.
Requirements
- 1 year of working experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably with HR processes or Customer Service
- Very good English + French (B2+/C1), both speaking and writing
- Experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners
- Excellent communication skills, readiness to learn and collaborate
- Strong people & client orientation
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in the process
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
