We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management and experience with ServiceNow. In this role, you will take over a variety of tasks including implementing identity and access management controls, providing administration and operational support, and implementing new functionalities in Clear Skye/ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or relevant fields with at least 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Hands-on development experience with any Enterprise IAM/IGA product and ServiceNow
  • Experience managing user life cycle processes with focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity Governance, user access reviews, password management, Role Based Access Control, etc.
  • Familiarity with IAM standards and concepts like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Identity federation, Single Sign-on, Zero Trust, enterprise directory architecture (Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID)
  • Expertise in scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and automation tools to streamline IAM processes
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with independent, highly structured, and goal-oriented working style
  • Effective communication skills (English must; German would be an advantage)
  • Experience in dealing with different stakeholders (business and technical)
  • Experience working in the financial industry is plus
