We are looking for an Immigration Associate to manage and process immigration matters, including work visas, family-based applications, and other work-related visa applications. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in HR operations in an immigration role in a large multinational company. The candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and have strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 1-3 years' HR operations experience in an immigration role in a large multinational company supporting multiple countries
  • Prior experience using HR systems (e.g Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow
  • Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner
  • High Customer Service orientation, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and HQ based teammates
