As an incident and problem manager, you will execute ITIL processes with customers, manage incidents and problems, and optimize work and ITIL processes in a continuous improvement process.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience within IT Service Management and the management landscape
  • Extensive experience in setting up ITIL processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow, preferably
