NEORIS is a digital accelerator looking for an Incident Engineer to manage and control technological events and incidents. The role involves timely incident management, post-mortem analysis, and process improvement.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in administration of technological services in large institutions
Proven experience in resolving technological service incidents in optimal response times
Knowledge in ITILv3-v4
Wintel, Unix, BDD platforms
Telecommunications architectures
Experience and knowledge in ITSM and observability tools (Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.)
