The Information Technology Manager (Customer Services/User Support) will provide first-line support to the University community, oversee IT Service Management, and lead various IT operations and projects. The appointee will report to the Senior Information Technology Manager and work with vendors to perform IT support activities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
  • At least 8 years or above of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in the administration of ServiceNow and knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
