We are seeking an IT Architect to join our IT Enterprise Technology Services team. As a hybrid role, you will collaborate with the HR team and HRIS to ideate and implement technical enhancements that will increase efficiencies and automations related to HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in ServiceNow platform administration, development, and maintenance
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) processes
- Understanding of HRSD module and related HR components
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Experience with software development, testing, and deployment
