The IT Field Support Services Analyst provides support to EMEA IT Operations & IT Field Associates across the EMEA property portfolio. Assists in coordination and management of installations, troubleshooting and maintenance efforts with various technology representatives. Provides escalation support as required.
Requirements
- Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Virtualization Technologies (Inc. VMware and VDI)
- Working knowledge of Complex Network structures with VLANs and Firewall
- Working knowledge of WAN/LAN & VPN technologies
- Desktop and Server build process (Physical and Virtual)
- Trouble shooting & resolution skills for PCs, operating systems, servers, peripherals, etc.
- Strong proficiency with Process Automation & Data Analytics
- Expertise in PowerBI - Data Visualization
- Advanced SharePoint skills – document management, collaboration and report sharing.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables and formula creation.
- Knowledge of IT Security Compliance & PCI-DSS requirements
