We are looking for an IT Process Analyst to join our team in the Region Centre to ensure IT process coherence and participate in implementing new ITSM processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in IT process management
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience applying ITIL in a client context
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
