We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT support engineer to join our IT team. This role is the first point of contact for IT support, assisting end-users with technical issues, setting up new devices, and maintaining cloud-based services such as Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Office 365.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or technical certifications are a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and cloud-based services.
- Eagerness to learn about Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Exposure to IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Entry-level certifications like CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+), CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (e.g., MS-900)
