The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or a related IT role, and proficiency in hardware, software, and operating systems troubleshooting (Windows).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or a related IT role
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, or similar platforms)
  • Proficiency in hardware, software, and operating systems troubleshooting (Windows)
  • Fluency in German and English
