As an IT Support Technician at AstraZeneca Dunkerque Production, you will ensure the user experience and provide IT services to end-users, performing daily IT activities on site to achieve customer experience and IT technical team objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT technical support
- Valid residence permit allowing work in France
- Experience in IT technical support, preferably in a similar role
- Ability to resolve or triage technical issues related to the operating system or hardware
- Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Knowledge of client antivirus software in an enterprise environment
