As an IT Support Technician at AstraZeneca Dunkerque Production, you will ensure the user experience and provide IT services to end-users, performing daily IT activities on site to achieve customer experience and IT technical team objectives.

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in IT technical support
  • Valid residence permit allowing work in France
  • Experience in IT technical support, preferably in a similar role
  • Ability to resolve or triage technical issues related to the operating system or hardware
  • Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
  • Knowledge of client antivirus software in an enterprise environment
