We are looking for a Junior IT Services Analyst to join our Global IT Service Desk. The role involves providing support to our team, handling support requests, and maintaining IT Asset Management records in ServiceNow. As an IT student or recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop a career in IT in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Good customer service skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows/Office 365
- Basic knowledge of laptop setup (hardware acquisition)
- Passion for IT with an enthusiastic and open-minded approach
