We are looking for a Junior Office 365 Support Engineer to join our Workplace Services Department. The successful candidate will help clients with day-to-day issues, resolve complex incidents, and provide technical expertise in Microsoft 365 and Exchange On-Premise enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Communications technology or similar
- Strong English language skills
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
