Devoteam, a leading ServiceNow partner, is seeking a Junior Solution Implementer to assist in technical and solution building activates, data collection, and analysis. The role involves working with project managers and lead architects, and requires strong communication and consulting skills.
Requirements
- Be able to take responsibility for technical and solution building activates and tasks in cooperation with project manager and or lead architect
- Basic understanding of ITSM tool or similar tools
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes
- Basic understanding of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
- Basic understanding of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL etc.
- Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)
- Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail, resourcefulness, not afraid to ask questions, etc.)
- Must be a team player and some travel will be required, primarily in the Nordics
