L1 IT Support - Senior

We are looking for an L1 IT Support - Senior to work in a challenging and rewarding environment in a forward-thinking company. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, relevant experience as IT Support and/or Administrator, and be able to work both as part of a team or independently.

Requirements

• Troubleshooting - advanced level
• Microsoft Windows (11) Support - advanced hands-on working experience
• Office 365 Administration - at least hands-on working experience
• Powerautomate and Powerapps knowledge
• Microsoft Intune Endpoint management experience
• Knowledge of IT service management (requests/incident handling)
• ServiceNow (SNOW) knowledge
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Azureboards experience
• Good command of the English language (daily usage)
• The drive to self-learning
• Innovative thinking
• Knowledge of Azureboards
• Microsoft / ITIL certificates
