The Location Support Specialist / IT Support will be responsible for providing hands-on support to end users, handling technical assistance and troubleshooting, and offering on-site configurations, installations, and inspections of products and services. This role will collaborate with the Business Tech team to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient service delivery across all locations.
Requirements
- Experience in providing hardware and software diagnostics and support
- Proficiency in operating common office, store, and warehouse equipment and technologies
- Proficiency in understanding IT infrastructure services, components, and architecture
- Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow
- Knowledge and understanding of systems (operating systems, APIs, etc.)
- Service delivery and troubleshooting skills
- Technical writing abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Polish
