We are looking for a Specialist – P&C Operations (Pre-Payroll) to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team. The role will involve delivering an exceptional employee experience, partnering with subject matter experts to provide timely responses to employee's queries across the EMEA regions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a global organization in HR shared services
- Fluency in Polish & English, both written & spoken
- Payroll related experience, Knowledge of People & Culture (HR) Systems like ServiceNow (case management), Workday, SAP, ADP is preferred
- Strong skills required with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong relationship skills, Experienced in building and maintaining effective collaborations
- Skilled in process improvements and problem solving, taking initiative to own work projects/tasks
- Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly at all levels and in English
