The People Operations Lead will lead a top-notch People Operations Team in Yerevan, providing industry-best service delivery with a focus on care, empathy, and efficiency. The role involves managing a team, addressing service delivery challenges, and refining operations.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations in Armenia
  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery
  • 4+ years leading and managing a team
  • Fluency in both Armenian and English
  • Ability to work evenings 2-3x a week
  • Previous experience working for a global company (highly desirable)
  • Experience in Workday and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) (preferred)
