The People Operations Lead will lead a top-notch People Operations Team in Yerevan, providing industry-best service delivery with a focus on care, empathy, and efficiency. The role involves managing a team, addressing service delivery challenges, and refining operations.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations in Armenia
- 6+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery
- 4+ years leading and managing a team
- Fluency in both Armenian and English
- Ability to work evenings 2-3x a week
- Previous experience working for a global company (highly desirable)
- Experience in Workday and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) (preferred)
