As People Services Generalist (Italian Speaker), you'll manage the employee life cycle processes, starting from the hiring process & onboarding until the coordination and administration of termination and off-boarding activities for Italy. You'll be part of a team focused on continuous improvement processes and have the opportunity to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working.
Requirements
- First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
- Broad understanding of HR processes and activities
- Familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday
- Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow)
- User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
- Good communication skills, attentive to customer needs & feedback
- Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial
