As a Platform Specialist, you are responsible for managing the successful delivery of banking platform services to our BPO clients across multiple functional domains.
Requirements
- University degree in business economics, information technology or related fields, or evidence of comparable academic / work achievement.
- 5-7 years of experience as business analyst, product owner/manager, solution architect or consultant in financial services (wealth management is preferred).
- Track record of delivering complex initiatives or IT transformations in multiple functional banking domains.
- Ability to provide strategic advice to clients on platform capabilities and enhancements.
- Structured and analytical approach with an ability to synthesise complex topics to stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and banking platform technologies.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).
- Relevant certifications in project management, IT, or banking platform technologies (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AZEK, CFA) are a plus.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
