CIBC is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world and is seeking a seasoned Project Manager, IT to oversee the day-to-day project activities of complex projects of a tactical nature. The role will involve managing project control procedures and policies, reporting, project planning, and support activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the banking sector or financial industry
- Proven track record of managing large and complex security or infrastructure projects
- Experience with end-to-end project cycles, change management, infrastructure management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including security tools, servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud computing
- Experience with project and issue management tools such as MS Projects, ServiceNow, JIRA and a strong understanding of project financials
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study
- PMP designation (asset)
