Salesforce Functional Consultant

Innovior is a leading boutique Digital Transformation consultancy seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for high-profile clients across various industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar
• Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud & Field Service Cloud ideally)
• Strong business analysis and solution design expertise, with the ability to map complex processes into Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
