SAP Record to Report Deployment Senior Lead F/M/X

SAP Record to Report Deployment Senior Lead F/M/X role involves deploying new Record to Report capabilities to European Markets using S4 HANA and Edge systems, collaborating with various teams and ensuring quality, efficiency, governance, visibility, and transparency.

Requirements

• College Degree in IT or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployments or transformations.
• Experience in Finance Record to Report processes
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, Business Process Redesign, and Agile Implementation.
• Testing tools like Tricentis Tosca.
• Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, for project management and issue tracking.
• Hands-on experience with cutover planning, data migration, UAT, and go-live strategies.
• EDI, API-based integrations with third-party applications.
• Ability to drive process standardization across multiple business units.
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, managing multiple activities and priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence internal and external resources.
• Experience in large FMCG is a plus
