SAP Source to Pay Deployment Senior Lead F/M/X

SAP Source to Pay Deployment Senior Lead will develop and execute a deployment plan for Source to Pay that is aligned with S4 Project milestones, collaborate with Petcare S2P COE team to ensure a robust end-to-end solution, and drive process standardization across multiple business units.

Requirements

• College Degree in IT
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployments or transformations.
• Experience in Source to Pay processes
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, Business Process Redesign, and Agile Implementation.
• Testing tools like Tricentis Tosca.
• Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, for project management and issue tracking.
• Hands-on experience with cutover planning, data migration, UAT, and go-live strategies.
• EDI, API-based integrations with third-party applications.
• Ability to drive process standardization across multiple business units.
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, managing multiple activities and priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence internal and external resources.
• Experience in large FMCG is a plus
