Senior BI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior BI Engineer to join our team. As a Senior BI Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment to appropriate ServiceNow SLAs and setting processes, as well as driving and managing effective multi-tenancy embracing shared platform approach, security, audit & compliance, performance, usability, automation, product lifecycle, disaster recovery, infrastructure and software release version upgrades planning & execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Visualization platforms & applications build, maintenance and platform support experience and running production support operations
• Engaged in e2e lifecycle activities of Visualization platforms & applications Design, Build, Test, Maintenance & Production Support
• Strong and Advanced Knowledge in SQL concepts
• Good knowledge & experience in IT Service Management - Change, Release, Incident and Problem Management processes
• Good knowledge & experience e2e Software Lifecycle management & Service delivery
• Good knowledge & experience working with RDBMS and Visualization services, technologies & platforms
• Ability to learn and understand new technological trends & concepts
• Good listening, presentation; written & verbal communication & stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical & logical reasoning ability with a proactive approach to problem solving and inter/intra personal skills
