Senior Information Technology Manager (Business Process Workflow and CRM) responsible for enhancing student, alumni, and staff experiences through customer-centric design, personalized engagements, and seamless connectivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
- At least eight years of experience in business process workflow design, CRM management, and technology integration
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow and CRM platforms, with a track record of successful implementations
- Strong in Project Management. PMP or Prince2 certified is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills needed to work effectively with a wide variety of internal and external resources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
