EBANX is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their IT team in Curitiba, responsible for ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the technology infrastructure, providing support and implementing solutions in a fast and effective way.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology infrastructure and support
- Solid knowledge of networks, firewalls, and information security
- Ability to manage devices via Autopilot Windows and JAMF Mac
- Experience with the ITIL framework and its best practices
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform (configuration, implementation, and integration)
- Good interpersonal communication and ability to serve all levels of the company, with a focus on VIP support
- Proactivity and commitment to excellence in service
- Advanced English
