Senior Manager, Business Resilience

Join our Business Resilience team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, as a Senior Manager to ensure service delivery during contingencies and maintain our enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in BCM & IT DR
• Analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong working skills in Microsoft Office, ServiceNow & PowerBI
• Excellent compliance and governance understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in business language
• Ability to get along with multiple stakeholders across various levels of the organization
• Experience working in a matrix interpersonal structure
