Carvana is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the partnership with various teams in establishing strategies and priorities for the Business Application cluster. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business applications product management and be able to develop and maintain an understanding of Carvana's strategy and stakeholder priorities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in business applications (such as Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa, Oracle Financials etc.) product management at one or more highly successful (and ideally hypergrowth) companies.
  • Proven track record of building application roadmaps and prioritizing stakeholder requests
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a particular talent for creating shared understanding of problems and excitement. around a vision for the future.
  • Determination to do whatever it takes to make the vision of the teams successful.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research to identify and deeply understand customer needs and business problems.
  • Experience with various types of data analysis.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • Lead function and technical discussions with stakeholders
  • Open to feedback from all parts of the company.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years experience working in Business Applications/ Information Technology

Requirements Summary
