We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and architecture to join one of our squads in ING Group. You will develop and configure ServiceNow applications, integrate with other systems, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and architecture
- certification in ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer or Implementation Specialist
- strong knowledge of web technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, etc.
- good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (for example ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Custom Applications)
- good command of English, both written and spoken
- growth mindset, a customer focus, and a collaborative attitude
- lot of experience with automated testing
- proficiency in pipeline based deployments
