We're looking for a motivated Solution Engineer to join our Pre-Sales Solution Engineer team. As a trusted advisor to prospective customers, you'll prove how MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform can bring their digital investments together. You'll partner with Account Executives to qualify sales opportunities and align client technical requirements with business outcomes.
Requirements
- 6 months: Become certified in MuleSoft's Developer trainings, Complete MuleSoft's Kickstart sales training, Begin to build your architecture reframe and whiteboarding skills through shadowing and customer-scenario role playing, Create a Self Service Asset on a MuleSoft technical topic of interest
- 12 months: Become certified in all Product, Architecture, and Sales Messaging trainings, Successfully deliver your Self Service asset by end of second quarter, Deliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client's technical requirements and audience, Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) as part of an account team to demonstrate the art of the possible, Put all the pieces together to "perfect your craft" by closing deals, Partner with Accounts Executives on account planning and strategy and support marketing with evangelism activities (writing blogs, participating in demo-driven webinars, speaking at industry events, etc.)
- Fluent in Korean and English, reading, writing and speaking, Previous development experience with web-based languages (ex: Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, HTML, XML, Python, Node.js, Go, AJAX etc Including Open source languages is better), Previous experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect for an enterprise software company, Communicating and presenting complex information for technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form, Highly motivated to continuously learn new technologies and products, Understanding of the principles and the technologies listed below, Enterprise application integration, including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL environments and an understanding of integration, Various cloud offerings in the market and ability to discuss cloud architectures, Past experience with other cloud platform solutions: AWS, Azure, GCP, etc, Considerations include process orchestration, customer data integration, and master data management, The basic principles of network, application, and information security, Domestic and international travel may be required
- Back-office / ERP system understanding – order management, accounts receivable / payables, collections, contracts (service), installed base, Past experience with the following listed below, SaaS solutions: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, SAP, Pegasystems etc, Container/Orchestration technology: Docker, k8s, RedHat OpenShift, etc, API & RPA products: AWS API Management, Azure API Management, IBM API Connect, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc
